Shipping Policy
Orders will be shipped after 1 to 2 days of being received. Please allow up to a week for shipping, occasionally it may take a bit longer due to the COVID-19 pandemic however we always do our very best to make it up to our customers if something arises.
We use carrier based rates in all shipping that is provided through our website and our costs include insurance coverage as well as tracking to ensure that our customers are able to follow the status of their deliveries and ensure it arrives safely. If you are ordering from outside of Canada please note that we do not cover customs fees and this is solely up to the customer to do so.

Return & Exchange Policy
All sales are final sale, however in the event that you order something
and its no longer in stock we will process a full refund.
Pre-order Policy
Pre-order means that the product is not currently in stock and you must place your order
as per normal if you'd like to secure your size before the item arrives with us.
Please kindly note, Pre-orders cannot be cancelled/refunded once placed and are final sale.
The benefit of purchasing Pre-order items is that you will secure your size without risking the item becoming sold out shortly after we list it online. Please note dates of arrival are not guaranteed and delays may occur due to the COVID-19 pandemic as well as transportation to our shipping location from our distributor. Bimaadiziwin Collective is not held liable for any unforeseen delays that may occur if you wish to Pre-order an item.
Please take extra care when placing your order, as we do not issue refunds for unexpected delays, change of mind on sizing or cancellations. However, we take pride in our customer service and will gladly update you after your Pre-order to notify you when your items are available for shipping.
When purchasing a Pre-order, you will proceed through the check out as usual and make full payment. Your order will only be shipped upon arrival of the ordered Pre-Order item(s), usually as per the date suggested on the product page at the time of your order placement.
